The walking with Moms group is sponsoring a fitness class Thursday, January 22 at 6:00 PM for adult women 18<\/strong> and older in the St. Mark social hall. The class will include stretching, aerobic dancing, and arm and leg strengthening. There will be a $5 fee<\/strong> which will go into a Walking with Moms fund to help women in need in our parish and community. Come and enjoy this fun class while keeping your body fit and healthy! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
